Top 7 Player’s Attacking stats Comparison’s in the last 4 Gameweek’s

Mohamed Salah has either scored or assisted a goal in 13 consecutive premier league games. He’s only banked once in his last 15 Gameweeks.

13 goal’s and 10 assist’s which he’s averaging 1.5 goal contribution per game over his 15 games played.

Mo Salah has played every minute so far this season.

Ronaldo is difficult to look past, he’s scored 12 times and assisted twice in 17 appearances in all competitions.

The Portuguese player has the best minute per shot average of (19.6) out of the top 6 candidates mentioned above.

Top 6 Candidates Projected Points from GW16-21

Below you will see the Top 8 Overall Projected Points for the next 6 Gameweeks. As you can see, Mohamed Salah leads Gameweek 16 for the most points (8.8) and with overall projected points of (48.0) which is an overall best.

Just below The Egyptian International is Diogo Jota with a projected score of (8.3), that’s (0.5) less than our top best captain.

Let’s look out for the stand out differentials. It’s another Liverpool asset and that’s Trent Alexander-Arnold.

He’s projected to score (6.3) and an overall score of (33.1) points. We then move to Ronaldo he’s projected to score (6.2) points.

Fantasy Fix has The Portuguese International ranked 6th best, in my opinion far too low.

Liverpool vs Aston Villa

Liverpool has won six of their last seven Premier League game against Aston Villa (L1), scoring at least twice in all seven games.

With expected goals against a total of 18.6, Aston Villa’s 24 goals conceded have shipped just over five goals more.

Than expected based on the quality of chances they’ve faced- only Norwich and Crystal Palace have more this season.

However, the Villans have also scored 21 goals around five more than their xG suggests 16.2, with only Chelsea, Liverpool and West Ham overperforming more.

Aston Villa has won three of their four Premier League games under Gerrard (L1), as many as they had in 11 games under Dean Smith this season (Draw 1 and Lost 7).

Norwich vs Manchester United

Norwich has lost eight of their last 10 premier league meetings with Man United (W2), including the last three in a row.

None of Man United’s last 14 away league games against Norwich has finished level, with the Red Devils winning nine.

Man United are winless in their last four premier league matches against promoted sides (D3 and L1), losing 4-1 to Watford earlier this season.

Two of Norwich last home games have ended goalless, one more than in their previous 47 at Carrow Road.

Dean Smith has improved Norwich since he’s come into the club, in the last 4 matches they have an expected goal conceded of 3.86, which is ranked 6 best in the league.

Summary

I do still think it’s risky not captaining Salah this week. Ronaldo is a good differential shout, but you’re not going to get a better fixture for United other than Norwich.

Thank you for reading and all the best for #GW16

Who will be your Captain?.. I’ll leave that to you!
